What injuries do you treat?
Daniele is experienced in treating any injury affecting joints, muscles, tendons and bones in the entire body. Examples are neck, back and pelvic pain, shoulder and arm pain, hip, knee and ankle pain, sport injuries, muscular strains and hypermobility problems. Daniele can also treat very specific conditions, such as nerve pain, temporomandibular joint disorders, headaches, rheumatological conditions and chronic pain. Additionally, Daniele is experienced in treating pregnant women with back or pelvic pain as well as children with postural or growth-related problems.
Do I need GP/doctor referral?
No. If you self-pay, you do not need a referral.
Do you accept medical insurance?
You should pay upfront for any service received but Daniele can provide an invoice at the end of the session so that you to claim the money back from your insurer. You should always check with your insurer prior to booking your appointment whether you will be covered.
How can I pay?
The payment is taken after you have had your treatment. The main forms of payments are cash and bank transfer. In case you are temporarily in Costa del sol on holiday and do not have residence here, a 50% deposit at the time of booking is required.
How quickly can I be seen?
Normally within 24h.
What should I wear?
Please do wear comfortable and loose clothes. You may be asked to expose the body part that needs assessment and treatment. For example, if you suffer from knee pain, you should wear shorts or have loose trousers that can be rolled up.
Do I need to bring anything else?
Please do bring any additional information related to your injury and past medical history, including specialist or GP referring letters, MRI scan or X-Ray reports and blood test results.
How is your cancellation policy?
There is a 24 hour policy if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment fee if you fail to attend without giving prior notice and 50% of the appointment fee if you cancel within 24 hours. We will waive the 50% charge if you are able to re-book the appointment.
